Read Our Commitement To You Here At Bryce Canyon Resort & Cowboy Ranch House Restaurant

Here at the beautiful Bryce Canyon Resort and Cowboy Ranch House Restaurant, our priority is ensuring the health of our Guests and Team Members.  Please join us in the prevention of spreading COVID-19.  We will continue to follow the latest advice and recommendations for WHO (World Health Organization) as well as os the CDC (Center for Disease Control and Prevention).

We have implemented stringent cleaning procedures as prescribed by the American Hotel Lodging Association.  During this period each guest room will receive this unique and thorough deep cleaning process after each guest stay.   Additionally, we will not be providing service for guests staying multiple nights in order to limit exposure to others.  Should you need fresh towels or sheets during your stay please ring the front desk and we will arrange to have them delivered to you.

Our Restaurant, the Award Winning Cowboy Ranch House, has limited the seating in both the bar and restaurant.   While this may create longer than normal wait times for dinner service we believe the limiting of guests in the restaurant at any given time is essential.   We will utilize a waiting list and can inform guests via text or phone call when their table is ready.   Our kitchen will be following enhanced cleaning and sanitizing procedures as outlined by the National Restaurant Association.   These are in addition to our already thorough and complete cleaning procedures reIn effort to follow guidelines set by world health organizations, we at Bryce Canyon Scenic Tours and Shuttle Services have implemented new strategies to help slow the spread of COVID-19:

1- Group tours are currently limited to a maximum size of six participants.
2- Public tours with more than one group attending will automatically be upgraded to one of our shuttles, to offer optimal distance between each party while in transit.
3- Individual health screening will be done for each participant, including your guide, prior to departure.
4- Use of PPE is encouraged, and masks must be worn by each participant. Masks will be offered at no additional cost to those who do not have their own.
5- At this time, we ask that no more than one group at a time be inside of our office.
6- Onboard hand sanitizer is available for use throughout the duration of each experience. 
7- Social distancing must be observed; we ask that each party do their part in maintaining safe distances of at least 6 feet from other people throughout all functions of your tour. 
8- Cleaning strategies have been implemented to assure sanitation of all common touchpoints (including vehicles), especially before and after each excursion.
9- We ask that you leave your personal drinks and containers behind, as your guide will distribute ice-cold waters and snacks, free of charge.

All team members are practicing personal hygiene protocol as dictated by the CDC and WHO including social distancing, hand sanitizing, and the sanitizing of all contact surfaces.
